Helping customers redeem rewards directly in the Capital One mobile app.

Rewards Hub allows Capital One Canada customers to track and redeem rewards based on their card type. Before this project, customers could view their rewards balance in the app, but redemption was only available through online banking or agent support. I led the end-to-end design for the mobile rewards experience, including cashback redemption, travel purchase eraser, future gift card concepts, rewards history, empty states, error states, and confirmation flows.
